Totenfest – All Saints Day Sunday November 1st during 10:30 worship
All Saint’s Sunday (Totenfest) in the early church was a time to give thanks for the courage and witness of all who gave their lives for the sake of the Gospel.
On November 1st, we will celebrate All Saint’s Day. We will celebrate all who have died and met God face to face in this past year.
If you would like to honor someone who has died this past year with the ceremony of lighting a candle and the tolling of a bell, please contact the church office (firstname.lastname@example.org) to have them included.
We will need your loved ones full name, birth date (if known), date of death and relationship to you.
Rev. Jenn will read the names and David Nau will light the candles as each person’s life is celebrated.
Love never dies as we hold family and friends in our hearts.
